Meet the Smiling Faces Behind the Counter This Summer!

As the warmer months arrive and pool season kicks into gear, we’re excited to introduce (and reintroduce) some of the friendly faces who’ll be helping you in-store this summer.

We’d like to give a warm welcome to Jasmin, who has joined our retail team for the season, bringing over two years of experience in the pool and spa industry. With her friendly personality, Jasmin loves helping customers keep their pools in top shape through accurate water testing and honest, easy-to-understand advice. Her solid understanding of water chemistry and pool maintenance makes her a fantastic addition to our team. Always approachable and eager to help, Jasmin enjoys creating a welcoming experience for everyone who visits our store. When she’s not assisting customers, you’ll often find her immersed in music, exploring photography, or studying for her journalism degree.

We’re also thrilled to welcome back James for his third season with us! Over the years, James has continued to build on his pool care knowledge and was eager to jump straight back in this summer. Easily recognisable by his height and trademark Akubra, he’ll be with us a few days each week assisting with water testing and equipment enquiries. Always up for a friendly chat — especially about military history or his work as a volunteer tour guide at his local RSL museum — James is known for his enthusiasm and excellent service. And of course, he’s always happy to help reach those high shelves!
